Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cold chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
- Ice for shaker
- 1-2 oz peppermint vodka
- 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz freshly brewed espresso, cooled
- 1/2 oz simple syrup, more or less to taste
Instructions
- Place chocolate syrup on a small plate and crushed peppermint candy in a separate small plate.
- Dip the rim of the glass into the chocolate syrup, then gently dip the edges of the glass along the crushed candy to cover the rim with crushed candy bits.
- Add ice, peppermint vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously until frothy.
- Pour into the prepared cocktail glass swirling the shaker a bit to let out all of the foam.
- Serve immediately.
