Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 fluid ounce lemon juice
- 1 fluid ounce tequila
- 1.75 ounces ice cubes
- 3.50 ounces frozen pineapple (cubed)
- salt or sugar for rimming
Instructions
- Rim the glasses with salt or sugar by running a slice of lemon around the rim and then dipping them in the salt or sugar. Set aside.
- In a blender or using a stab mixer, mix together sugar and lemon juice until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the tequila, ice, and pineapple to the blender and pulse until the ice and pineapple are finely crushed.
