Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 fluid ounce lemon juice
  • 1 fluid ounce tequila
  • 1.75 ounces ice cubes
  • 3.50 ounces frozen pineapple (cubed)
  • salt or sugar for rimming

Instructions

  1. Rim the glasses with salt or sugar by running a slice of lemon around the rim and then dipping them in the salt or sugar. Set aside.
  2. In a blender or using a stab mixer, mix together sugar and lemon juice until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add the tequila, ice, and pineapple to the blender and pulse until the ice and pineapple are finely crushed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared glasses and enjoy!
