  • 3 tablespoons gin or vodka
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons simple syrup
  • A pinch of salt
  • IPA beer (to top)
  • Ice
  • Mint and edible flowers for garnish (optional)

Instructions
