Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 1/2 oz POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 oz soda water
  • For garnish: rosemary sprig (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, POM juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
  2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds until cold.
  4. Strain the drink into a glass and top with soda water; the egg white foam forms on top.
  5. If desired, garnish with a rosemary sprig.
  6. Serve immediately.
