Ingredients

  • 1/2 fresh pomegranate
  • 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
  • 2 tsp grenadine syrup
  • 2-3 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups ice

Instructions

  1. Extract the arils from the fresh pomegranate into a bowl and squeeze out the juice.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the pomegranate juice, 1 cup of ice cubes, vodka, grenadine syrup, and 2-3 mint leaves.
  3. Shake well until thoroughly mixed.
  4. Pour the drink into a glass and add the remaining ice cubes.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
