Ingredients

  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1.50 oz vodka
  • 2 tsp grenadine syrup
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 and 1/2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Extract the arils from the pomegranate and collect the juice in a bowl.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the pomegranate juice, vodka, 1 and 1/2 cups of ice cubes, grenadine syrup, and 2-3 mint leaves.
  3. Shake the mixture well to combine all the ingredients.
  4. Pour the drink into a glass and add the remaining ice cubes.
  5. Garnish the drink with fresh mint leaves and serve.
