Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) can 7UP TEN
  • 1-2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
  • Pomegranate sugar or regular sugar
  • 4 pomegranate seeds for garnish
  • 1-2 tablespoons pomegranate liqueur or pomegranate juice
  • 1-2 fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  1. Half-fill an ice cube tray with 7UP TEN and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  2. Remove the ice cube tray and fill it with pomegranate seeds and additional 7UP TEN. Return to the freezer for at least 4 hours until the ice cubes are frozen solid.
  3. Spread pomegranate sugar or regular sugar on a plate.
  4. Rub a pomegranate seed around the rim of a glass, then invert the glass into the sugar, twisting back and forth. Repeat for the remaining glasses.
  5. Fill the glass with pomegranate ice cubes.
  6. Pour 7UP TEN into the glass, almost to the top.
  7. Add pomegranate liqueur or juice to the glass.
  8. Garnish each glass with fresh rosemary.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
