Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 3/8 cup pomegranate juice
  • Pomegranate arils (seeds)
  • 6 oz sparkling wine
  • Fresh rosemary sprig, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour pomegranate juice into an ice cube tray, leaving a little space at the top, and freeze until solid.
  2. Place a few pomegranate ice cubes and some pomegranate arils into a highball glass.
  3. Top with sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig, if desired.
