Ingredients
- 2 scoops Pumpkin Spice Latte Whey Protein Powder
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 1/2 cup ice (use only 1/2 cup in the blender)
- 1/4 cup avocado
- 4 oz espresso coffee
- 1 tsp coconut sugar (optional)
- 3 tbsp whipped cream
- 1 pinch pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Pour the espresso over ice and mix until cold. Strain the coffee from the ice.
- In a blender, combine almond milk, 1/2 cup ice, avocado, pumpkin spice whey, and coconut sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Serve in a large mug or shaker bottle, adding the reserved ice if desired. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
- Store any leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
