Ingredients
- 2 scoops Pumpkin Spice Latte Whey Protein Powder
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/4 cup avocado
- 4 oz espresso coffee
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 3 tbsp whipped cream
- 1 pinch pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Prepare the espresso, and chill it by mixing with ice until cold.
- Transfer the cold coffee to a blender.
- Add almond milk, ice, avocado, pumpkin spice whey, and coconut sugar to the blender.
- Blend for 30-35 seconds until smooth.
- Serve in a large mug or shaker bottle, optionally adding whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice on top.
- Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
