Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Pumpkin Spice Latte Whey Protein Powder
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup avocado
  • 4 oz espresso coffee
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 3 tbsp whipped cream
  • 1 pinch pumpkin spice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the espresso, and chill it by mixing with ice until cold.
  2. Transfer the cold coffee to a blender.
  3. Add almond milk, ice, avocado, pumpkin spice whey, and coconut sugar to the blender.
  4. Blend for 30-35 seconds until smooth.
  5. Serve in a large mug or shaker bottle, optionally adding whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice on top.
  6. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
