Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon butterscotch schnapps liqueur
- 3/4 teaspoon vodka
- 1/4 teaspoon heavy whipping cream
- Sweetened whipped cream
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it stand for 1 minute.
- Heat and stir over low heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Stir in the canned pumpkin, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice, and cook and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in the butterscotch schnapps liqueur, vodka, and cream.
- Pour the mixture into a 2-oz. shot glass and refrigerate until set.
- Top with sweetened whipped cream before serving.
