Ingredients

  • 1/2 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/8 cup cold water
  • 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/8 cup butterscotch schnapps liqueur
  • 1/2 tablespoon vodka
  • 1/4 teaspoon heavy whipping cream
  • Sweetened whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let it sit for 1 minute.
  2. Heat and stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in pumpkin, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in butterscotch schnapps, vodka, and cream.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 2-oz. shot glass and refrigerate until set.
  6. Top with sweetened whipped cream before serving.
