Ingredients
- 1/2 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/8 cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/8 cup butterscotch schnapps liqueur
- 1/2 tablespoon vodka
- 1/4 teaspoon heavy whipping cream
- Sweetened whipped cream
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let it sit for 1 minute.
- Heat and stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Stir in pumpkin, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat.
- Stir in butterscotch schnapps, vodka, and cream.
- Pour the mixture into a 2-oz. shot glass and refrigerate until set.
- Top with sweetened whipped cream before serving.
