Ingredients

  • Coarse sea salt and sugar (for salted rim)
  • 1 lime wedge (cut with a slit in the middle, for salted rim)
  • 1/4 cup diced peaches
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 2 ounces tequila
  • 1 ounce Raspberry Peach Grand Marnier (use standard Grand Marnier if this variety isn't available)
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 1/2 ounce homemade simple syrup
  • Ice
  • Lime wheel, peach slices, and raspberries (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix sea salt and sugar on a small plate. Run the lime slice around the rim of your glass and dip it into the salt-sugar mixture. Set aside.
  2. Blend peaches and raspberries until smooth. If desired, strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove the raspberry seeds.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine the fruit puree, tequila, Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach, lime juice, simple syrup, and a handful of ice. Shake vigorously for about 15-30 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass using a Hawthorne strainer.
  5. Optionally, garnish with a lime wheel, peach slice, and fresh raspberries. Enjoy!
