Raspberry Rose Petal Fizz
A delightful and celebratory cocktail featuring raspberry, rose water, gin, and lemon, topped with a fluffy egg white foam.
Ingredients
- 3 oz sparkling water
- 1 egg white
- 1 1/2 oz. gin
- 3/4 oz lemon juice (approximately 1/4 of a lemon)
- 3/4 oz raspberry syrup
- 3 drops rosewater
- 1 rose petal for garnish
- Ice
- ### For the Raspberry Syrup
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, dissolve the sugar in water, then add raspberries and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Strain through a fine mesh sieve, pressing the raspberries to extract all the juice.
- Pour the sparkling water into a highball glass with ice.
- In a cocktail shaker, vigorously shake the egg white until foamy.
- Add gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, and rosewater to the shaker, then shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into the glass and garnish with a rose petal.
