Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Red Velvet Cupcake Irish cream liqueur, warmed
  • 3 oz hot espresso coffee
  • 1 red velvet cupcake, icing discarded, halved crossways
  • 1 large scoop vanilla ice-cream
  • 0.50 red velvet Oreo cookie, crushed
  • Strawberry and vanilla rolled wafers, to serve

Instructions

  1. Warm the Red Velvet Cupcake Irish cream liqueur.
  2. Brew hot espresso coffee.
  3. Place the halved red velvet cupcake in the base of a serving glass.
  4. Add a scoop of vanilla ice-cream on top of the cupcake.
  5. Pour the warmed Red Velvet Cupcake Irish cream liqueur over the ice-cream.
  6. Sprinkle the ice-cream with crushed red velvet Oreo cookie.
  7. Serve the affogato immediately with strawberry and vanilla rolled wafers.
