Ingredients

  • 0.12 cup sour cherries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
  • 0.50 teaspoon superfine sugar
  • 1.50 ounces London dry gin
  • 1 tablespoon tart cherry juice
  • 0.50 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 large egg white
  • 2-3 ice cubes, plus more for serving
  • 2 tablespoons club soda
  • Fresh blueberries for serving

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, muddle the cherries and sugar together.
  2. Add gin, cherry juice, lemon juice, egg white, and ice to the shaker, then cover and shake for 30 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice and top with club soda.
