Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sour cherries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
  • 1.50 oz London dry gin
  • 1 tablespoon tart cherry juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 large egg white
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons club soda
  • Fresh blueberries for serving

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker or mason jar with a tight-fitting lid, muddle the sour cherries and superfine sugar.
  2. Add the London dry gin, tart cherry juice, lemon juice, egg white, and ice to the shaker.
  3. Cover the shaker and shake the contents for 30 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  5. Top the drink with club soda.
  6. Spoon some of the cherries from the shaker into the glass.
  7. Skewer fresh blueberries onto a toothpick and use it to garnish the drink.
