Ingredients

  • 1.50 fl oz Hendricks Gin
  • 2/3 cup tonic water (Schweppes Indian Tonic Zero or Light Fever-Tree)
  • 1/2 cup cucumber slices
  • 1 oz ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Fill a gin goblet or highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Place a few slices of fresh cucumber into the glass.
  3. Pour 1.5 fl oz of Hendricks gin (equivalent to 1 jigger or 40 ml) into the glass.
  4. Add 150 ml (2/3 cup) of zero sugar tonic water, such as Schweppes Indian Tonic Zero or Light Fever-Tree Tonic.
  5. Garnish the drink with a cucumber slice.
  6. For a slightly tangy flavor, squeeze a few drops of lime juice into the gin tonic.
