Ingredients
- 1.50 fl oz Hendricks Gin
- 2/3 cup tonic water (Schweppes Indian Tonic Zero or Light Fever-Tree)
- 1/2 cup cucumber slices
- 1 oz ice cubes
Instructions
- Fill a gin goblet or highball glass with ice cubes.
- Place a few slices of fresh cucumber into the glass.
- Pour 1.5 fl oz of Hendricks gin (equivalent to 1 jigger or 40 ml) into the glass.
- Add 150 ml (2/3 cup) of zero sugar tonic water, such as Schweppes Indian Tonic Zero or Light Fever-Tree Tonic.
