Ingredients

  • 1 oz Grenadine
  • 1/2 oz Coconut Rum
  • 4 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple Rum
  • 1 oz Blue Curaçao

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass completely with ice and pour grenadine into the bottom.
  2. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine pineapple juice and coconut rum. Shake well and strain into the glass slowly to create the middle layer.
  3. In the same cocktail shaker, mix pineapple rum and blue curaçao. Shake briefly and strain into the glass slowly to create the top layer without disturbing the bottom layers.
  4. Garnish with pineapple slices, grapefruit slices, and/or maraschino cherries.
