Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce rhubarb syrup
  • 1 egg white (optional) or aquafaba
  • Candied rhubarb ribbons (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, lemon juice, rhubarb syrup, and optional egg white.
  2. Shake the ingredients without ice (dry shake).
  3. Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake again.
