Ingredients
- 1.50 oz Collective Art's Rhubarb Gin
- 0.50 oz Cocchi Rosa
- 1.50 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1 oz Elderflower Tonic Water (Fever Tree used here)
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine the rhubarb gin, Cocchi Rosa, and grapefruit juice.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake the ingredients briefly.
- Strain the mixture over fresh ice in a collins glass.
- Top it off with Elderflower Tonic Water, using Fever Tree for the best flavor.
