  • 1.50 oz Collective Art's Rhubarb Gin
  • 0.50 oz Cocchi Rosa
  • 1.50 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 oz Elderflower Tonic Water (Fever Tree used here)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine the rhubarb gin, Cocchi Rosa, and grapefruit juice.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake the ingredients briefly.
  3. Strain the mixture over fresh ice in a collins glass.
