A refreshing and invigorating sangria with rosé, bianco vermouth, cucumbers, and a blend of mixed herbs.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. rosé wine
  • 1 tbsp bianco vermouth
  • 1/4 Persian cucumber, chopped
  • A few sprigs of mixed herbs (basil, mint, tarragon, and/or parsley)
  • 2 oz. citrus soda (Limonata or Sprite)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Chop the cucumber and gently smash it to release the juices.
  2. Place the cucumber, mixed herbs, rosé, and vermouth in a pitcher and stir to combine.
  3. Chill the mixture for at least 3 hours or overnight to meld the flavors.
  4. When ready to serve, divide the sangria into ice-filled glasses.
  5. Top off with soda and garnish with reserved herbs.
