Rosé Spa Sangria
A refreshing and invigorating sangria with rosé, bianco vermouth, cucumbers, and a blend of mixed herbs.
Ingredients
- 3 oz. rosé wine
- 1 tbsp bianco vermouth
- 1/4 Persian cucumber, chopped
- A few sprigs of mixed herbs (basil, mint, tarragon, and/or parsley)
- 2 oz. citrus soda (Limonata or Sprite)
- Ice
Instructions
- Chop the cucumber and gently smash it to release the juices.
- Place the cucumber, mixed herbs, rosé, and vermouth in a pitcher and stir to combine.
- Chill the mixture for at least 3 hours or overnight to meld the flavors.
- When ready to serve, divide the sangria into ice-filled glasses.
- Top off with soda and garnish with reserved herbs.
