Ingredients

  • 2 oz pisco infused with rosemary
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz flavored pisco (rosemary or lemon verbena)
  • 1/2 oz egg white
  • Ice
  • Angostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Infuse the pisco by placing the pisco and washed rosemary sprigs in a jar and letting it sit for at least three days.
  2. Prepare the simple syrup by heating water and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves. Cool and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
