Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz 100% Agave tequila
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1.50 tbsp Rosemary ginger simple syrup
  • Splash of Carbonated water
  • Ice
  • Sea salt (for rimming)
  • 2 tsp Coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp Water
  • 1/4 inch Fresh ginger (chopped)
  • 1 small sprig Fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. To make the rosemary ginger simple syrup, combine coconut sugar, water, chopped ginger, and a sprig of rosemary in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and let it sit for 30 minutes to infuse the flavors. Strain the syrup into a jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Moisten the rim of a glass with lime and dip it into sea salt to coat the rim.
  3. In a cocktail shaker or jar, combine tequila, lime juice, and rosemary ginger simple syrup. Shake well and strain into the salt-rimmed glass filled with ice.
