Rosey Citrus Sangria
Light, refreshing, and simple. The bright ruby-red color is complemented by starting with a nice pink rosé wine, and then soaking strawberries in it. Lime adds a zesty bite, rum gives it a bit more potency, and lemon-lime soda helps to make it entirely too drinkable.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup strawberries (hulled and sliced lengthwise)
- 1/3 lime (thinly sliced)
- 5 oz rosé wine
- 1 oz white rum
- 2/3 cup lemon-lime soda
- Ice
- Additional strawberries and lime slices for garnish (if desired)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, add sliced limes and strawberries.
- Pour the wine and rum over the top.
- Cover tightly and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (up to 24 hours).
- Remove from the refrigerator and add the lemon-lime soda.
- Add ice and a few pieces of the fruit to your glass and pour sangria over to serve.
