Ingredients
- 2 - 4 ounces Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- 2 ounces White Rum
- 2 ounces Pomegranate Juice
- 1/2 ounce Lemon Juice
- 1 Rosemary Sprig
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the white rum, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, and rosemary sprig. Muddle until the rosemary becomes fragrant.
- Fill the shaker with ice to the liquid line.
- Shake the cocktail for 15 shakes.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top off with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
