  • 2 ounces White Rum
  • 2 ounces Pomegranate Juice
  • 1/2 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 1 Rosemary Sprig

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine white rum, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, and a rosemary sprig.
  2. Muddle the mixture until the rosemary becomes fragrant.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice up to the liquid line.
  4. Shake the shaker for 15 shakes.
  5. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
