Ingredients

  • 2 oz dark rum
  • 2.50 oz cold pressed coffee
  • 0.50 oz Orgeat Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 oz Sparkling Water (chilled)
  • 1 Maraschino Cherry (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the rum, cold-pressed coffee, and Orgeat syrup. Shake well until the mixture is very cold.
  2. Pour the mixture (with ice) into a glass.
  3. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream into the glass.
  4. Top with a bit of chilled sparkling water and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, if desired.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
