Ingredients

  • 1 oz caramel syrup, plus extra for the rim
  • Pinch of sea salt, for the rim
  • 1.50 oz vanilla vodka
  • 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • Toasted marshmallows for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill cocktail glass in the freezer for 10 minutes to prevent caramel syrup from running.
  2. Dip the rim of the glass in a shallow dish of caramel syrup, then roll it in a shallow dish of salt to coat the syrup.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add caramel syrup, vodka, and Baileys. Shake vigorously.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass and garnish with a toasted marshmallow.
