Ingredients

  • 1 oz cream of coconut (Coco Lopez or comparable)
  • 1 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 oz evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 oz Bacardi rum
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of ground cinnamon
  • a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Whisk or blend all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Rim a footed mug with caramel sauce and coconut flakes.
  3. Fill the mug with ice.
  4. Pour the coquito over the ice.
  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
