A creamy and indulgent coconut-based cocktail with Bacardi rum, cinnamon, and nutmeg, served with a caramel and coconut rim.
Ingredients
- 1 oz cream of coconut (Coco Lopez or comparable)
- 1 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 oz evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 oz Bacardi rum
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- a pinch of ground cinnamon
- a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
Instructions
- Whisk or blend all ingredients thoroughly.
- Rim a footed mug with caramel sauce and coconut flakes.
- Fill the mug with ice.
- Pour the coquito over the ice.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
