Ingredients

  • 1 large peach (about 7 ounces)
  • 2 medium apricots (about 2 ounces each)
  • 1/3 cup peach nectar
  • 1 cup chilled Sauternes

Instructions

  1. Pit and cut the peach and apricots into 1/4-inch dice.
  2. Divide the diced fruit evenly among 16 sections of an ice cube tray.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of peach nectar to cover the fruit in each section.
  4. Freeze the fruit cubes in the ice cube tray for about 6 hours.
  5. Place 4 fruit cubes into a chilled wine glass.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of chilled Sauternes into the glass.
  7. Let the cocktail stand for 5 minutes before serving.
