Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 cup silver tequila
  • 5 oz. white wine (Sauvignon Blanc), chilled
  • Sprite, to serve
  • Sliced oranges, lemons, limes, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine water and granulated sugar. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved to create simple syrup.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, silver tequila, simple syrup, and freshly squeezed lime juice.
  3. Slice the fresh fruit and add some to the pitcher while reserving the rest for serving. Refrigerate the mixture.
  4. When ready to serve, add ice to glasses and fill them about 3/4 full with the Sangria mixture. Top with Sprite and add additional fruit if desired.
