A refreshing cocktail with absinthe, Nardini Amaro, Branca Menta, pineapple, lime, and coconut syrup, offering a European twist on a tropical tiki drink.
Ingredients
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 3/4 oz absinthe (preferably Pernod)
- 3/4 oz coconut syrup
- 1/2 oz Nardini Amaro
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/4 oz Branca Menta
- 1/4 oz cane syrup (2:1, cane sugar:water)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Shake briefly with ice.
- Strain the mixture into a Belgium beer glass over crushed ice.
- Garnish with pineapple fronds and a mint bouquet.
