Ingredients

  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 3/4 oz absinthe (preferably Pernod)
  • 3/4 oz coconut syrup
  • 1/2 oz Nardini Amaro
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/4 oz Branca Menta
  • 1/4 oz cane syrup (2:1, cane sugar:water)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing tin.
  2. Shake briefly with ice.
  3. Strain the mixture into a Belgium beer glass over crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with pineapple fronds and a mint bouquet.
