Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Vodka (Reyka)
  • 1 oz. Grapefruit juice
  • 3/4 oz. Dry vermouth (Noilly Prat)
  • 1/4 oz. Simple syrup
  • Dash of orange bitters
  • Dash of aromatic bitters (Angostura)

Instructions

  1. Rim half a cocktail glass with kosher salt.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice and shake thoroughly.
  3. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
