Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce fino or manzanilla sherry
  • Small strip of Spanish ham or lemon twist, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine gin and sherry in a mixing glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice and stir well until chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a small strip of Spanish ham or a lemon twist, if desired.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
