  • 3 raspberries
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz citrus vodka
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 1/2 oz Moët & Chandon Rosé Imperial Champagne (or another sparkling rosé)
  • Garnish: mint sprig
  • Garnish: raspberry
