Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Suntory Roku(r) Gin
  • 1.50 oz. Fresh Lemon or Lime Juice
  • 1.50 oz. Simple Syrup

Instructions

  1. For a summer take on the gin sour, gently muddle 1 strawberry and 2-3 basil leaves in a shaker.
  2. Add gin, lemon or lime juice, simple syrup, and ice, and shake until well chilled.
  3. Double strain into a coupe and garnish with seasonal fruit.
  4. For the fall gin sour, gently muddle 2-3 apple slices in a shaker and add a dash of Fee's(r) Old Fashioned bitters.
  5. Add gin, lemon or lime juice, simple syrup, and ice, and shake until well chilled.
  6. Double strain into a coupe and garnish with apple slices.
  7. For a winter gin sour, add gin, lemon or lime juice, simple syrup, and 1-2 dashes of Miracle Mile(r) Yuzu Bitters to an ice-filled shaker, and shake until well chilled.
  8. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with citrus or herbs.
