Ingredients

  • 2.50 oz Nankai Shochu
  • 1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 0.50 oz Honey
  • 4 oz Assorted Fruits
  • Mint (Garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a 32 oz mason jar, combine the shochu, pineapple juice, and honey.
  2. Cut assorted fruits into bite-size pieces.
  3. Add the fruit to the jar, seal it, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but preferably 3 hours for optimal flavor.
  4. Serve 4 oz of fruit and 4.5 oz of the liquid over ice, and garnish with mint.
