Ingredients
- 2.50 oz Nankai Shochu
- 1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 0.50 oz Honey
- 4 oz Assorted Fruits
- Mint (Garnish)
Instructions
- In a 32 oz mason jar, combine the shochu, pineapple juice, and honey.
- Cut assorted fruits into bite-size pieces.
- Add the fruit to the jar, seal it, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but preferably 3 hours for optimal flavor.
- Serve 4 oz of fruit and 4.5 oz of the liquid over ice, and garnish with mint.
