Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz. pecan-infused bourbon
- 1/2 oz. Amaro Nonino
- 1/4 oz. blended Scotch whisky
- 1/4 oz. rich demerara syrup (2:1)
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions
- In a mixing glass, combine the pecan-infused bourbon, Amaro Nonino, blended Scotch whisky, rich demerara syrup, and Angostura bitters.
- Fill the glass with ice and stir the ingredients until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a rocks glass over a single large ice cube.
