Ingredients

  • 3 slices Bell pepper
  • 3 Lime wedges
  • 1/2 tsp Puree chipotle pepper
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Ginger syrup
  • 3/4 oz Agave nectar
  • 2 oz Mezcal
  • Garnish: Beef jerky piece

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, muddle the bell pepper slices and lime wedges.
  2. Add the chipotle pepper puree, lemon juice, ginger syrup, agave nectar, and mezcal to the shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake the mixture thoroughly.
  5. Pour the cocktail (unstrained) into a double Old Fashioned glass.
  6. Garnish with a piece of beef jerky.
