- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 oz mezcal
- 1 oz Madeira wine
