Ingredients
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 3/8 oz hot espresso coffee
- 1/4 oz Patrón XO Café tequila
- 1/4 oz reposado tequila
- 1/4 oz Frangelico
- 3 1/2 oz crushed ice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Carefully scorch the cinnamon stick directly over a flame or dry roast in a hot pan until toasted all over. Divide the cinnamon stick into a martini glass or champagne coupe.
- In a blender, combine the hot espresso coffee, tequilas, Frangelico, and crushed ice. Blend for approximately 1 minute until frothy and smooth.
