Ingredients

  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 3/8 oz hot espresso coffee
  • 1/4 oz Patrón XO Café tequila
  • 1/4 oz reposado tequila
  • 1/4 oz Frangelico
  • 3 1/2 oz crushed ice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Carefully scorch the cinnamon stick directly over a flame or dry roast in a hot pan until toasted all over. Divide the cinnamon stick into a martini glass or champagne coupe.
  2. In a blender, combine the hot espresso coffee, tequilas, Frangelico, and crushed ice. Blend for approximately 1 minute until frothy and smooth.
