Ingredients
- 7 oz full-fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 chai tea bags
- 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 oz tequila
- 1/2 oz mezcal
- pinch of Kosher salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine coconut milk, water, and chai tea bags.
- Simmer the mixture for 8-10 minutes, then remove and discard the tea bags.
- Stir in maple syrup, tequila, mezcal, and a pinch of Kosher salt until combined.
