Ingredients

  • 7 oz full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 chai tea bags
  • 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 oz tequila
  • 1/2 oz mezcal
  • pinch of Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine coconut milk, water, and chai tea bags.
  2. Simmer the mixture for 8-10 minutes, then remove and discard the tea bags.
  3. Stir in maple syrup, tequila, mezcal, and a pinch of Kosher salt until combined.
