Ingredients
- 7 oz full-fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 chai tea bags
- 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 oz tequila
- 0.50 oz mezcal
- Pinch of Kosher salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the coconut milk, water, and chai tea bags.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and steep the tea for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove and discard the spent tea bags.
- Stir in the maple syrup, tequila, mezcal, and a pinch of Kosher salt.
- Stir to combine.
