Ingredients

  • 7 oz full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 chai tea bags
  • 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 oz tequila
  • 0.50 oz mezcal
  • Pinch of Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the coconut milk, water, and chai tea bags.
  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer and steep the tea for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove and discard the spent tea bags.
  4. Stir in the maple syrup, tequila, mezcal, and a pinch of Kosher salt.
  5. Stir to combine.
