Ingredients
- 3-4 oz freshly brewed coffee
- 1.50 oz Mezcal
- 1 tbsp brown sugar simple syrup
- 1 dash Chocolate mole bitters (optional)
- Ice
- 1 dollop whipped cream
Instructions
- Brew a fresh pot of medium roast coffee and set aside 3-4oz to cool.
- Once the coffee has cooled, add it to a shaker.
- Pour in the mezcal, brown sugar simple syrup, and optionally, a dash of chocolate mole bitters.
- Add ice to the shaker.
- Vigorously shake until all the ingredients are fully combined.
- Strain the mixture into a glass, removing the ice.
- Adjust the taste with additional coffee or syrup if desired.
- Serve with a dollop of freshly whipped cream.
