Ingredients
- 1.50 oz Two Brewer's Peated Single Malt Whisky (Release 19)
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/3 oz Lemon Juice
- 2/3 oz Advocaat
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 sprig Mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- Fill a glass with crushed ice.
- In a shaker with a handful of ice, combine the peated single malt whisky, pineapple juice, lemon juice, Advocaat, and a dash of Angostura Bitters. Shake briefly.
- Strain the mixture over the crushed ice in the glass.
