Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Two Brewer's Peated Single Malt Whisky (Release 19)
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/3 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2/3 oz Advocaat
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 sprig Mint (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with crushed ice.
  2. In a shaker with a handful of ice, combine the peated single malt whisky, pineapple juice, lemon juice, Advocaat, and a dash of Angostura Bitters. Shake briefly.
