Ingredients

  • 2.50 ounces Hard Apple Cider
  • 1.50 ounces Gin
  • 0.50 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
