Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Koloa Reserve Rum
  • 0.50 oz Maraschino liqueur
  • 1 oz fresh Meyer lemon juice
  • 0.50 oz simple syrup
  • 0.25 oz maraschino cherry juice
  • A few dashes of Crude Bitters "Rizzo" bitters
  • Meyer lemon wedges
  • Maraschino cherries with stems

Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice and set it aside.
  2. Pour the bar spoon of juice from the jar of maraschino cherries into the glass.
  3. In a cocktail shaker tin, combine the Koloa Reserve Rum, Maraschino liqueur, Meyer lemon juice, simple syrup, maraschino cherry juice, and bitters.
  4. Shake the mixture well.
  5. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
  6. Garnish with a Meyer lemon wedge and two maraschino cherries.
