Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Koloa Reserve Rum
  • 0.50 oz Maraschino liqueur
  • 1 oz fresh Meyer lemon juice
  • 0.50 oz simple syrup
  • 0.25 oz juice from maraschino cherry jar (barspoon)
  • A few dashes of Crude Bitters "Rizzo" bitters
  • Meyer lemon wedges
  • Maraschino cherries with stems

Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice and set it aside.
  2. Pour the bar spoon of juice from the jar of maraschino cherries into the glass.
  3. Combine all the cocktail ingredients in a shaker tin and shake thoroughly.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wedge and two maraschino cherries. Serve and enjoy!
