This cocktail, the Nor’easter, was created by Bill and Jessica, experienced bartenders who fell in love with Lexington, Va., and now share their craft at TAPS at The Georges. Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Four Roses Single Barrel
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 ounce apple brandy
  • 1/2 ounce Ancho Reyes
  • 1/2 ounce maple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously with one cube of ice for at least 30 seconds to create a good foam.
  3. Shake again with ice to chill.
  4. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
